TeleHealth
General Information:
We provide TeleHealth services. This means that we can send you a link to your device (phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer) so that you and our clinician, Matthew Brittain, LCSW, can have a real-time, face-to-face clinical mental health and/or substance abuse treatment session. We use an encrypted video platform, and we will send you a link for each session. You open up the video option, and we then have a private way to communicate.
Our TeleHealth (also known as TeleMedicine) services may be provided to anyone in the country.
Services Provided via TeleHealth:
If you need a licensed mental health care provider to document your MedQuest, SNAP, First-to-Work, Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, or other compliance, I can do that for you.
I can also maintain your substance abuse treatment program in lieu of your ongoing court-ordered IOP (Intensive Outpatient) or OP (outpatient) services.
I can generate documents that prove your ongoing mental health/substance abuse treatment for other private or governmental entities for which you must prove compliance.
If you are involved in Child Welfare Services (CWS), also known as Child Protective Services, and must maintain ongoing outpatient mental health services, we can provide that for you as well.
How to Enroll as a Patient:
Please contact me via the online form
Once I write you back then I will email you an invitation to create a secure, encrypted, online account with our clinic. I can offer you guidance if you need it.
Once you have your online account going, you will electronically sign all of the Intake Forms.
When the Intake Forms are done, all you and I need to do is schedule appointments.
Cost of Services:
HMSA PPO and HMO generally have a $10 copay.
HMA and HMAA have higher copayments ($30 to $40/session)
UHA has about $10 copay
United Healthcare, HMSA-QUEST, Aloha Care, and ‘Ohana Health care are the QUEST plans for which there is no copay.
Cash fee varies between $80/session for standard services, up to $250/hr for Forensic services (those cases where Expert Testimony is needed).
Blue Cross/Blue Shield covered patients will be billed as cash, and your insurance company will reimburse you. We will submit claims on your behalf so that you will be reimbursed.
How we communicate with Third Parties about you, if needed:
Our commitment to Confidentiality and security of your medical records is of utmost importance to us. We must have your written consent in order to share any information about you to third parties, such as Department of Human Services (DHS), other governmental agencies, your employer, or anyone else that you choose.
In order to give your consent, you must electronically sign a Consent to Release Information form, found in the Forms section of your Online Electronic Health Record. Only then are we allowed to share information about you.
We only share information that you want us to share, so the consent can be tailor-fitted to meet your exact needs.
